Please see below what we are doing to help everyone stay healthy.
Starting June 2, 2021 masks will be OPTIONAL in our office.
We will continue cleaning equipment and frames as we have been over the past year.
Please do not bring anyone with you to your scheduled appointment. If you wish to bring someone, please have them wait for you in the car. If your child has an appointment, one parent only may accompany them in the office.
We are still allowing you to come at your convenience to pick up your glasses or contacts, glasses repairs or adjustments, etc. Please text us at 614-506-3632 with your name and service requested when you arrive for these services so we can let you know when it's safe to come inside the office.
We are sterilizing all frames after anyone touches or tries them on.
Please understand we are doing this for your health and safety. We have to limit the amount of people in the office at one time.
Glasses orders have been taking longer than normal due to frame back orders and reduced staff at the labs. We are doing our best to get your glasses and contacts to you as quickly as possible.
