TYPES OF CONTACTS
Choosing contacts might seem challenging, but you can relax. We know contacrs and we know the right questions to ask. Their are several types of contact lenses:
- Soft contacts are considered the most comfortable and are the most frequently prescribed type of contact lens.
- Gas permeable contacts are rigid, but they shouldn't be confused with old-style "hard" contact lenses. They can also provide better vision, durability, and deposit resistance.
- Extended-wear contacts can be worn overnight, and some can even be worn for up to 30 nights without removal.
- Daily disposable contacts can be worn for one day and then thrown away.
- Color contacts can change or enhance your eye color. Colored contacts can be prescribed even if vision correction is not needed.
